Hello, I'm Kyle, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the streaming media industry. My journey began with a passion for open source technology and video technologies, leading me to specialize in creating cost-effective workflows for high-quality content delivery. Starting as a Technical Analyst at ESPN in Bristol, CT, I honed my skills in functional programming, video encoding/packaging, and transitioned to managing enterprise-scale video streaming.

Relocating to California broadened my horizons, culminating in my current role as Senior Director of QOS and Automation at Paramount Global Streaming. Here, I oversee daily content ingest and Quality of Service KPI reporting to senior leadership, advocating for optimal developer resource allocation. I am committed to enhancing end-user quality and leveraging data to drive informed decisions in product development, particularly in live and on-demand streaming environments.

Outside of work, I enjoy horseback riding with my horse Tomcat and challenging myself with guitar playing, expanding my skills beyond the keyboard.
